Does Qube Media assist with artwork production?
Absolutely! We provide a full-service solution, including artwork creation, printing, and installation. If you prefer, we can manage the entire process from start to finish. Alternatively, you're welcome to supply your own pre-printed artwork, or we can handle the printing for you. We're flexible and happy to tailor our services to suit your needs. Does the cost include poster printing?
No, printing costs are not included in the package. However, we work with a trusted printing supplier and would be happy to assist in coordinating the printing for you. Please note that printing will be invoiced separately.
Do you offer Digital Billboards?
Yes, we do! We’ve just launched our new LED digital billboards, featuring high-quality screens, adjustable height, and full weather resistance. Plus, we’ll soon be adding an exciting new feature — optional sound integration is coming soon!
Is there a delivery charge for delivering the Media Tower to my site?

​How much space does a Media Tower need?
Qube Media Towers take up no more space than a single car parking space, meaning you may require less space than you originally thought. Despite their compact footprint, these signs deliver a powerful visual impact and are highly effective at capturing the attention of passers by.
Am I needed for the installation/delivery process?
No, you don’t need to install the sign yourself. Our installation team will get in touch to schedule a delivery date and take care of the entire setup. We just ask that the designated area is cleared in advance and that a named contact is available on the day, should any issues arise. We aim to make the installation process as smooth and unobtrusive as possible.
Can I have a Qube Media Tower on my forecourt without breaking local council rules?
We’ll work directly with your local council to identify a suitable location for your Media Tower—one that meets approval from both sides. This service is completely free and comes with no obligation or commitment at this stage. Our priority is to find the most effective position on your site to maximize visibility to passing traffic, while maintaining safety and accessibility.
Can I have a different message on each side?
Absolutely! Displaying different messages on each side of the sign is a smart way to maximize its space, allowing you to promote up to four offers or items at the same time.
How quickly can a poster change be completed?
We can arrange installation of updated posters within 5–7 working days after receiving the printed materials at our depot. If you require design or printing services, we’ll work efficiently to meet a mutually agreed installation date.
Can you supply additional posters for sales events?
Absolutely! We can accommodate additional artwork changes at any time. These can either be pre-arranged and included in your annual package, or scheduled separately at a rate of £185 per poster.
Can the Media Tower have lighting?
Yes, we offer lighting, LED, and RGB packages as optional add-ons. Get in touch with us to find out which package best suits your campaign.
Are payment plans available?
At Qube Media, we typically require upfront payment. However, we do offer payment plans in certain cases, which are assessed individually based on the specifics of your project. Please contact us to discuss your options.
Can your Digital Billboards be used as a TV?
Our Digital Billboards are a great way to keep the crowd engaged and informed, no matter where they are on the event grounds. With optional sound packages available, you can create a truly memorable and immersive experience.
How long is the commitment?
At Qube Media, there’s no minimum commitment required — you have the flexibility to choose what works best for you. However, clients who opt for our longer-term packages can enjoy valuable cost savings.
